Dustin Holt, who represents the owner of the properties, is requesting to rezone four parcels from their current zoning (see chart below), to RMF-75 (High Density Multi-Family Residential District). The rezone will also require an amendment to the Central Community Master Plan and the Future Land Use Map. The current zoning, proposed zoning, and Central Community Master Plan Future Land Use Map designation for each of the properties is outlined in the chart below:

The requested amendments would affect properties located at: 35 S., 41 S., 57 S., and 59 S. 900 East. Attached you will find a map identifying the parcels included in the amendment requests, letters outlining the request that include a description of the proposal, and conceptual renderings.
