My name is Lexi and I am currently a senior at the University of Utah. I would like to capture the community-organized and activated space on film for a school project. My project is required to be a short film on the livability and space that is created by passionate people.

My hope reaching out to you is to find someone to discuss the background of Porchfest and the importance of small community gatherings.

    Thank you,

This was a fun community event… the music was high quality. There were plenty of food options (ranging from a couple bucks up to around tenish). I hope this will be a recurring event. I also recommend it as great for a date night or fun for the whole family. Thanks to those who performed and to those who planned. I will definitely go again.
